Terms and Conditions

Regular orders

We accept orders online at www.nano-bible.com or by telephone at 1-877-NANOBIBLE (1-800-626-6242), 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except on the following days:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (closed after 5PM), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (closed after 6PM), and New Year ’s Day.

Regular orders are normally processed within approximately one to two business days.

Special orders

Special Order items are clearly labelled on the products page. Special order items are custom made, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged for cancelled or returned orders.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your special order item is shipped.

Order change or cancellation

Requests for change or cancellation of an order will be accepted before the order is processed and shipped. To change or cancel an order, please call us at 1-877-NANOBIBLE (1-800-626-6242).

If your order has already been charged to your account, we will credit the due amount back to your account within 1-2 business days.

Shipping and Handling

For shipment within the continental United States, your Nano Bible™ pendant will be shipped via UPS. Orders typically require up to two days to process and an additional two to seven days in transit. Shipping and Handling Charges for a typical order (jewelry box, pendant, DVD, and certificate of authenticity) start at $13.95 for shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

Shipping and Handling Charges are shown separately at checkout. You can choose from three delivery methods at checkout. Regular Ground UPS service, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver delivery are available. Please note, second day air and next day air delivery charges are considerably higher than regular ground delivery. Shipping and Handling charges will be clearly stated on the checkout page before you submit payment.

We can also ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Shipments to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are sent via US Postal Service priority mail.
Shipping and Handling charges start at $15.95. Allow 6-10 days for delivery after shipment.

Shipments to Canada are sent via the US Postal Service priority mail.
Shipping and handling charges start at $25.95. Allow 6-10 days for delivery after shipment.

Returns/Warranty

  • Valid if:
 - The Nano Bible™ pendant has NOT been worn
- The Nano Bible™ pendant is NOT physically damaged
- There is NOTHING MISSING from the original complete package (jewelry box, Nano Bible™ pendant, DVD, and certificate of   authenticity).

Exchange or refund of defective Nano Bible™ pendants

  • Valid:
 - For a maximum of 30 days after shipping
- If the pendant was defective upon receipt of the package
- If the pendant hasn’t been worn .

To avoid having to pay postage for the return of a defective product, please contact our customer service or call 1-877-NANOBIBLE to speak to a customer service representative.

Privacy Policy

Your Privacy is Important to Us

The information we collect from our customers is used solely to process orders. NBM Distributors, LLC will not reveal, share, or sell any of the information collected on this site. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. Your credit card payments will be processed by PayPal, and no credit card information will be retained by NBM Distributors, LLC.

During checkout we ask for an email address so a shipping confirmation can be sent to you confirming date shipped and providing you with a UPS tracking number. We will not use your email address for marketing purposes, sell it, or share it.

Order Processing

The information collected in the order confirmation & payment process will be used to process orders. Your credit card number and expiration date are used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. The contact information you provide us with will be used to reach you in case we have trouble processing your order. Upon order, your credit card information will be shared only with PayPal and the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is done via a secure banking website provided by PayPal.

Sharing

NBM Distributors, LLC, reserves the right to disclose limited information about its customers to third parties that may be hired to perform certain tasks, such as: customer service, order fulfillment, package delivery by postal or currier services, credit card processing, data processing and analysis, and marketing assistance. These third parties may not use your information for other purposes. NBM Distributors, LLC, also reserves the right to disclose your information to law enforcement or third party fraud protection companies whenever such disclosure is required by state or federal law.
